  • Develop and maintain favorable relationships with clients, ensuring that clients’ needs and goals are consistently met for all monthly and new campaigns.
  • Utilize sophisticated customer analytics, work closely with online merchandisers to develop segmented, highly targeted and personalized direct marketing communications to optimize the customer relationship with Visa and Gatorade.
  • Manages email deployment team spanning strategy, operations, development, ensuring excellent QA, coding and configuration, optimizing existing creative, targeting, contact cadence, data monitoring, scheduling, tracking, testing, and deployment. and internal/external relationship management.
  • Used e-mail marketing performing quality assurance testing rendering across multiple email clients and ISPs (Outlook, Gmail, Hotmail including Mobile) to deliver brand messages.
  • Perform spam and deliverability testing and analyzes campaign results and make recommendations based on campaign performance insights in terms of opt outs and bounce counts; ensure email list hygiene best practices are in place.
  • Established email relationship marketing programs that nurture leads and generate performance above all client benchmarks.
  • All campaigns for Visa and Gatorade using mailchimp
  • Manage guestbook lists, unsubscribes and bad address processing.
  • Research creative and technical insights and incorporate email best practices, competitor email trends, new technologies and best practices.
  • Responsible for marketing campaigns, merchandise trigger and transactional trigger email programs that drive demand and customer engagement
  • Partners with Channel Merchandising and Promotion team to optimize merchandise selection and presentation.
  • Analyzes program results to gain insights into successes, failures, and performance trends; reacts to opportunities and makes appropriate recommendations and course adjustments.
  • Develops and tests contact mix and contact cadence across the campaign and trigger contact streams; drives continual testing of subject lines and promotional variables while optimizing templates and executional elements.
